Esmeralda and Edvano were absolutely amazing! They were productive, hard working, fair, and over achieving. They always pointed out problems and gave solutions. They were willing to work with me on changes in the project. They did the framing for my housing project and they were the best subcontractors I worked with, and I worked with all types of contractors in my remodeling project. DeOliveira is one of the best around. Esmeralda and Edvano are a great pair. Like any large project we encountered issues, but DeOliveira and team knew exactly what to do, did it without grief and delivered a great product.

Their team has built 3 new homes for me, several decks, and a large dormer addition. 1 home was almost 6000 sq feet.
